Nope… we really aren’t kidding when we say don’t sleep in your contacts. 🫠

I know it feels harmless, like you’re just giving yourself a tiny break from the nightly routine. But here’s the thing your future self will thank you for knowing: sleeping in contacts blocks oxygen from getting to your eyes. That lack of oxygen makes them irritated, dry, red, and way more vulnerable to infections.

And honestly? Your eyes work hard for you all day. They deserve to breathe at night.
