⭐️ Just a little heads up ⭐️

The downstairs doors are on an auto-lock system. The condo board has recently updated the schedule for when the doors will automatically lock and will be in effect starting tomorrow.

If your appointment is after 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, or after 2:30 PM on Saturdays, and anytime Sunday please call/text us when you arrive, and we will come down to let you in.

And yes we finally (only took over a year 🫠) have our name on the window directory for the building.

As a Peace Country local and Registered Massage Therapist, I bring both clinical training and real-world experience to my practice. I graduated from a 2,200-hour massage therapy program in 2021 and previously worked in the oilfield and forestry industries.
This background allows me to understand the physical demands, repetitive movements, and ergonomic challenges many workers face. By combining industry insight with a passion for human health and science, I focus on helping clients recover, prevent injury, and improve overall function.
