Please make sure you are familiar with my cancellation policy. With recent events of late cancels not being rebooked, and fees not being able to be collected, and disputed, I will require the no show fee and the next appointment booked, to be paid in full via e-transfer. As always, reciept will be provided through the janeapp after your appointment so you can submit to benefits yourself for reimbursement. As a small business owner, this is my livelihood, I don’t get paid unless I have a client here to work on, and holding those spots takes away from clients wanting care. I appreciate your understanding.
