This young mare was really struggling to move balanced and freely, she cross fired both direction and had restriction, a couple of days after her session I was so pleased to recieve the second video of her moving freely and easily picking up and holding her lead.
So grateful for every opportunity to help horses feel their best.đź’•

There’s a first time for everything.
Before I entered this young thoroughbred filly’s stall I was warned she could be “spicy” but she enjoyed her very first body work session so much that she went from being unsure and nervous to head hanging and acting sedated, just as I finished up her first side I said to the trainer “if she could she would lay down and let me work on her” it wasn’t even 2 minutes later this filly did just that, laid down flat out with her side that needed to be worked on, up so I finished her massage and energy work while she slept, as soon as I was completed the soft tissue work she woke up stood, allowed her structural balancing and was an absolute pleasure to work on.
While I have worked on sore horses who were already down when I got to them, Foxy is the first to ever lay down mid session flat out and catch some REM’s for the remainder of her session. Clearly she felt very comfortable with what was being done.

Not just when grooming, Equine body workers also wear it well 🤣

I had the most amazing 2 days of working on horses in the Dawson Creek area and Fort St John area. I absolutely love what I do and 2 new clients really made my day extra amazing in seeing a huge transformation in them. To be able to watch one horse go from standing on two legs to standing square and comfortable and even resting the leg that he has been consistently weight bearing on was fantastic for me, his physical change was nothing less than amazing. The other had some serious emotional components, in the course of two hours to watch everything about her change was so incredibly amazing for my heart. Her eye softened, then her mouth, and finally her nostrils started to soften as well, her entire demeanour lifted and her energy was much more bright and light.
Each horse I see and work with is special to me, these two just happened to be the hard luck cases that found a soft place to land in their new home where they are getting all of the love and help that then require.
A huge thank you to everyone that gave me the opportunity to work on their equine partners. It is always such a privilegeđź’•
I look forward to seeing you again next trip

For all those that served on four legs or two, thank you.

I had the most amazing opportunity to visit Fort Nelson, the drive up there was beautiful, and I had the chance to see 3 black bears along the way. My trip was filled with amazing people, and awesome horses. I love being able to meet new horses, help them with their physical and emotional/mental needs as well as other things. I had an amazing host and can’t thank her enough. My only regret is that I didn’t get enough pictures. I hope I have the opportunity to go back in the near future and help more equines and their people. I love doing what I do, it brings me so much joy to receive updates and feedback on the improvements of the horses I have seen and worked on.
