๐Ÿต Did you know you could make your own Herbal Tea Blend?
Crafting your own tea is all about balance; using a base, support, and accent herb to create harmony in flavor and function.
1. Choose Your Base (50โ€“70%)
This forms the heart of your blend, mild in flavor and supportive to overall wellness.
โœจ Examples: green tea, rooibos, chamomile, tulsi (holy basil), nettle, lemon balm
2. Add Your Support Herbs (20โ€“30%)
These herbs target your desired benefit, digestion, relaxation, immunity, etc.
๐ŸŒฟ Examples: peppermint (digestion), ashwagandha (stress support), ginger (circulation), licorice root (respiratory support), dandelion leaf (detox)
3. Finish with Accents (10โ€“20%)
These bring character, aroma, and flavor to your tea.
๐ŸŒธ Examples: rose petals, lavender, cinnamon, orange peel, hibiscus
4. Blend & Brew
Mix your herbs gently and store in a sealed jar away from sunlight.
Use about 1 teaspoon per cup of hot water, steep for 5โ€“10 minutes.
