A few weeks ago I had an unfortunate incident involving a late night bedroom handstand gone bad (no nothing like that, my husband was asleep on the couch and I decided it was a good time to work on my goals). Anyways I ended up compressing my back leaving me in quite a bit of pain! I came across this baby at the women’s show and used it non stop for a week and a half. Absolutely love it!!! It gave me so much relief and felt like it got right into the muscles that need to release. I talked to a few of my trusted professionals I see for pain (Chiropractor, Massage Therapist) and it came highly recommended...it’s even used in some of those offices! Over the years I have had the pleasure of working with many different people with health and wellness goals. One of the common barriers I have seen people face is pain!
