Today is Alberta Concussion Awareness Day. While the growth in research surrounding the effects of concussions is growing exponentially, we still have much to learn.

The most important thing we can do as a community is recognize when a concussion might have occurred, and remove the individual from the situation or activity until they can be assessed by a qualified medical practitioner.

At Kinesis, we have treated concussed individuals of all ages, from the moment of impact to years post injury. If we can't help you recover from a concussion, we have developed a network of resources to refer you on to take the appropriate steps towards rehabilitation.
