Wow, I was hoping to have this info updated long ago, but as a start, Intrinsic Touch Massage has re-located to Grande Prairie Alberta! The email and phone number to contact me are still the same as listed here and I'll update those that need it with the home office address. I often think of and very much miss my PG friends and clients, thanks so much for all of your faith in me and the work that I do. I am happy and healthy and very much feel I am where I am supposed to be. Be well!

A strong lymphatic system is key to reducing cellulite. I offer Manual Lymphatic Drainage which can significantly boost lymphatic flow.

There is no easy way to remove cellulite, but you can try some Power Plate exercises that may be good for cellulite-prone areas of your body.

I am attending a Manual Lymph Drainage course this coming week. I look forward to adding this healing modality to Intrinsic Touch Massage and Pain Relief. It is effective in pain management and speeds healing, even where other types of therapy might not be indicated.
