✨An Important Announcement✨
Unfortunately, life has changed, and I have to close our doors effective immediately.
I don't know what I'm going to do quite yet, but we know this is the right choice.

This has been the most incredible nearly decade long journey with massage, and I don’t quite have the words to truly touch the depth of gratitude that I feel when i reflect on the past 10 years of treatments 🤍
So i simply say this.

Thank you.
From the depths of my soul.
I hope our time changed your life for the better, even just a little bit.

Kimberly has been struggling with severe knee pain for far too long.
She went to emerg this week and sent for xray, and told it was just inflammation and to go to physio.

While I know in my gut that there’s something going on with her ligaments that the doctors haven’t found quite yet due to it being soft tissue at play, not bones and joints, I know how to treat her pain and decrease the symptoms in the meantime.

The results speak for themselves.
Immediate relief so she can continue to live her life while they figure out what’s going on.

Kim is dedicated to her fitness, and this has her completely sidelined and in a world of pain with every step. A busy working mom of 4 beautiful girls, she literally doesn’t have time for this, and the searing pain does a number on a person when you’re busy with life.

I am so grateful that I have the modalities that I do in order to create relief for her immediately.
I’ve treated her for nearly a decade now, and I’m grateful to have her trust me implicitly with such a delicate and crippling issue.

I get it. Might seem like a minor inconvenience to other people, but some bodies really need heat in order to heal.
I’m personally one of those people.

The Rehab Lab will be bringing in many things this year to aid in your recovery, and the very first is an infrared sauna.

It is available for booking now as an add-on to your massage.

I have some incredible news coming through in the next little while.
We’re working on adding so many wonderful athletic treatments to our space, with sensory deprivation tanks and cold plunge tubs this year, but first we’re starting with tabletop infrared sauna!
You’ll be able to finally enjoy healing sauna treatments before or after your massage or RAPID treatments for that truly upper level experience you’ve come to appreciate from us.

The athletic teams I work with are going to love this.
