It doesn't have to be big. It just has to be intentional. Something that supports your growth, your joy, and your wellbeing.
This winter, I’m diving into my Yoga Teacher Training, and I thought… what better way to begin than by committing to 30 days of yoga?
A little movement, a little breath, a little grounding. Everyday!
And honestly… who doesn’t need to get better at their chaturangas? 😅
I know I sure do.
So here’s your invitation:
Pick something. Commit to it. Let it shape you.
