Celebrate the magic of spring as we plant seeds with intention and welcome new beginnings. 🌸

Each child will create and plant their own mini garden infused with fresh energy, growth, and new beginnings to take home and watch bloom. 🌼

I am so excited to be a part of this trade show coming up! I will only be there on Friday, please reach out if you would like to pre-book as I only have limited spots available.

I will be offering intuitive energy sessions as well as animal communication sessions . The sessions are 15 minutes for $25 or you can combine them as a bundle and have a 30-minute session for $44.

I will be bringing along some bath bombs, candles and a few crystals.

What a great day full of laughter and creation on Friday the 13th!

The kids explored sound using a sound bowl and handpan drum, played musical chairs, and learned about crystals. They created their own village and a wonderful story to go along with it.

Through their creations and sharing their voices, they explored confidence in themselves and their ideas. We spent time outside with the animals and the kids had so much fun being silly, even running around pretending to be animals themselves. We learned about different animals needs. Everyone learned a new skill and roped our "wild cow"!

Sometimes we need change.
Sometimes we call in change.
Sometimes change arrives whether we are ready for it or not.

And sometimes we resist it the most when it is exactly what we need.

Life has a way of shifting things.
Sometimes once.
Sometimes again and again.

At first those changes can feel uncomfortable. We hold on tightly to what we know, what feels safe, what feels familiar. Letting go is rarely easy.

But then something interesting happens.

One day the same kind of change shows up again… and this time it doesn’t shake us the same way it once did. That is growth.

It is easy to become attached.
It is much harder to release.

But growth often lives in the letting go.

Embrace the change.

Growth will follow.

What a beautiful weekend at the 4th Foam Lake Wellness and Healing Expo. It was such a gift to show up and offer sessions and products at this event again this year.

Thank you to everyone who made this happen. To the organizers for creating such a wonderful space, to the vendors who showed up and shared their gifts, and to everyone who came out to experience the weekend.
It was truly a powerful gathering filled with connection, conversation, and so many meaningful moments. I am so grateful to have been part of it again this year.

I had the opportunity to offer intuitive and animal communication sessions, share bath bombs, candles, and crystals and connect with so many wonderful people. Every conversation, every session, and every story shared was a reminder of how powerful it is when people come together in spaces like this.

Thank you to those who joined the bath bomb with intention workshop as well. It was so special to gather, pause, reflect on what we are ready to release, and create something meaningful together.

A special thank you as well to our daughter Hailey who joined me for the weekend. She helped with the workshop and spent the weekend lending a hand at the table. It was really special to share the experience together and for her to be part of the event.

My heart feels very full after this weekend. Grateful for the connections, the conversations, and the community that continues to grow around this work.

Intuitive Energy Sessions at River Landing Massage Therapy ✨

I will be offering a few evening intuitive energy sessions at River Landing Massage Therapy this March. These sessions are gentle, intuitive, and grounded. They are designed to offer a nervous system rest, energetic balance, and a space to reconnect with yourself.

Each session is guided by intuition and may include supportive elements such as subtle energy work, crystals, essential oils, oracle cards, or sound if it feels aligned in the moment.

Sessions are held in a calm and supportive environment where you can slow down, settle your body, and receive.

Monday is here

Starting the day off on the right foot doesn’t mean everything needs to be perfect, laid out, organized, and easy.

Sometimes it means starting the day late because you slept in and that’s exactly what your body needed. Sometimes it looks like a rattled, unorganized mess, and even that has a purpose. Maybe you needed to start there. Maybe you needed to feel it all before you could move forward.

Not every morning begins with clarity or calm. Some begin with fog, slow movement, or scattered thoughts. And that doesn’t mean you’re behind. It means you’re human. It means your body, mind, or spirit is asking for something different.

Those moments can be part of the preparation. A clearing. A soft reset. A quiet reminder to listen before pushing ahead.

Every day is a new day.
And each morning, no matter how it begins, you get the chance to gently set the tone for what follows.
