Do you notice you always get a stiff neck, scratchy throat, or cold when the weather shifts?

In Chinese medicine, spring is connected to Wind.

Wind moves quickly and often enters through the back of the neck and shoulders when temperatures suddenly drop.

This is why it is so important to protect your neck, avoid sleeping under a fan, and listen when your body starts whispering instead of waiting until it starts shouting.

Acupuncture, cupping, and gua sha can help release that trapped tension and support your body before things turn into a lingering cold or ongoing tightness.

Small seasonal habits can make a big difference in how you feel.

The Invitation

A year-long, guided mentorship for heart-led practitioners, leaders, and wayshowers who are ready to move beyond insight and begin living their work.

Rooted in Daoist Five Phase wisdom, this path weaves somatic practice, seasonal ceremony, and embodied integration, supporting you to enter into deeper relationship with your body, your life, and the living world around you.

Deep Relational Connection to the Transformations of Nature

Living in right relationship with Earth • Cosmos • Body • Emotion • Spirit

Cultivate the inner skills required for a flourishing human life in times of profound planetary transition.

Integrating Daoist philosophy, self-inquiry, nervous system regulation, and body–mind–spirit practices to support authentic embodiment, discernment, cultivation, ritual and aligned living.

If this piques interest in your heart, the link is in my bio, and I would love to connect with you.

For the sake of your nervous system, try to let go of the feeling that everything is urgent.
It can be as simple as slowing down how you walk, how you speak, even how you think.

When you move at a calmer pace, your body has a chance to relax and come back into balance.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, moving too fast all the time can throw off your energy (Qi) and make your mind feel unsettled.

Especially for women, our bodies do better with a steady, gentle rhythm rather than a constantly busy lifestyle.

When you create a life that feels slower and more supportive, your nervous system starts to feel safe and at ease.

Slowing down isn’t doing less it’s taking care of your energy.

What’s your favorite way to slow down?

Your sleep doesn’t start at night…
it starts with how you nourish yourself in the morning. 🌿

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, a gentle breakfast helps calm the mind, support your energy, and prevent stress from building all day.

Slow down, eat warm, and let your body feel safe again.
Try this tomorrow and notice how your night changes

Within the Living Spiral of Inner Alchemy mentorship, the aspects of each elemental journey nourish you back to a living wholeness, aligned with the constant transformation of life. This is a path of initiation through relationship, with a focus on natural alignment and embodiment, a spiral of deepening that guides us to re-enter the living intelligence of life.

How to be equipped for the journey:

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗽:
The 5 Transformations (Elements), Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal.
The earthly teachers that play out in relationship with all aspects of life force energy within the earthly plane of our reality.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀:
Solstice, Equinox, Sun, Moon.
The rhythms and cycles of the dance of life help us locate ourselves in space and time.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿:
Alignment of your Destiny with the Dao.
When we were conceived, the Big Dipper laddled up the star that would be the blueprint of our Destiny, into the crown of our head, the Heavenly Gate.

𝗘𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆:
Cultivation of Innate Nature and Life Destiny.
Through cultivation, we peel the layers of inherited beliefs, experiences, and distortions and find our way back to our unique inner truth.

𝗖𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗿:
Deep self-inquiry from the different energetic viewpoints to map our inner terrain.
Noticing patterns, mapping emotional landscapes, refining perception.
We stop wandering unconsciously and begin the process of location in the vertical and horizontal axis, as a pivot between heaven and earth.

𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻:
Re-Wilding, dissolving false maps, sterile containers, unnatural rules and agreements to anti-life paradigms.
Re~connecting ourselves to travel by instinct, rhythm, and belonging

𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗤𝗶 & 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
Qi Gong, the traveller cultivates the qi body to become a responsive sensory suit for flow and alignment in the earthly realm rather than a reactive weapon of depletion.
Tending the fire, water, and wind inside the body so the journey is sustainable.

That “knot” that won’t go away?
It’s not just tight… it’s your body asking for proper release.

Trigger point acupuncture works deeper than a quick stretch. It targets the exact spot causing the tension and helps your muscles reset, so you can move, train, and live without constant discomfort.

Perfect for:
• Tight back or neck after long days
• Sore calves after workouts
• Repetitive strain or lingering pain

This is about finding the root, not just chasing symptoms.
Save this for when your body feels stuck 🤍

The foods you eat can either support or slow down your body’s natural healing process. When paired with acupuncture, nourishing your body through simple, intentional choices can help ease pain, balance hormones, and support fertility in a deeper way.

Think warm, whole, and easy-to-digest meals.
Think consistency over perfection.
Think of food as part of your healing not something to control.

Your body is already working hard for you.

This is how you support it back. 🤍

Comment “HEAL” if you want simple food tips to support your body

Healing isn’t loud.
It doesn’t always look like big breakthroughs or instant change.
Sometimes it’s quiet awareness…
Sitting with your feelings…

Choosing to care for yourself even when it’s hard.
Healing moves through stages
awareness, processing, feeling, acceptance, action, self-care, and growth.
You don’t have to rush it.

You don’t have to “get over it” quickly.
Every step you take, even the small ones, counts.
Be gentle with yourself. You’re doing deeper work than most people see.
