Who do music therapists work with?
Food for thought as we go into the weekend. However, as discussed at my music therapy conference last weekend - you exercise proactively for your physical health. You can use music therapy proactively as well! You don't HAVE to have a problem to use music therapy, either! You can use it for prevent anxiety and depression and reduce stress, for example!
