Feeling too busy to exercise over the holidays?? Here is a quick 8-10 minute workout you can do while waiting for your turkey to cook, or while waiting for your family to get ready for your next outing 😜
Repeat each exercise shown 4-5 times at 30 seconds each. Your heart rate will increase and you’ll get a boost of much needed endorphins!

April is Parkinson's Awareness month. Join us at the Parkside Older Adult Centre for a comprehensive and active exercise program for people with Parkinson's Disease. The class is hosted at the Parkside every Monday at 11am and Thursday at 1pm.
Please spread the word to those you know with Parkinson's. Exercise is vitally important for their symptom management!
