I’m easing back from maternity leave with a cozy, heart-centred group biofield tuning session

A Fall Renewal 🍂✨️

Saturday, October 25th • 2:00 PM

This group session will be a cozy, intimate gathering with other like-minded souls. It will be healing and also fun 🫧

✨️ The intention of the session will be to create space for clarity and ease as we move toward winter and to support us in our internal growth and reminding us of our inner light. ✨️

Bring a cozy blanket + pillow for added comfort ☁️ , a refillable water bottle as fresh gemstones infused, spring water will be provided 💧,  and a journal for self reflection. Also, a small, healthy treat will be offered to support grounding after the session. 🍫

🕑 The sound adjustment will be 1 hour
The invitation to stay and linger a while afterward is there for those who'd like to chat, sip, or just soak in the vibes.🫖🪄

✨️ I’m excited to share that I’ll be returning from maternity leave soon and opening up space for sessions again! ✨

This little pause has been such a season of growth for me, and I’m almost ready to step back into the work I love — holding space, supporting your nervous system, and helping you come back into balance 🤍

With my return, I’ve also updated my session pricing to reflect the depth of energy, presence, and care that goes into this work. You can see the new rates listed on my website.

I can’t wait to reconnect with you and to welcome both familiar and new faces into the practice. Thank you for including me in your healing journey and for supporting my business 🌿
