Swimming is great exercise throughout pregnancy! It has great cardiovascular benefits, reduces joint pain, and can encourage baby to get into a more ideal position for birth (head down, spine towards your belly). The buoyancy of the water can feel amazing in 3rd trimester!! 🤰
And you don’t have to be a competitive swimmer like she is!! 🏊♀️
