Lifesaver 101

At Lifesaver 101 our programs provide participants with an enthusiastic, fun and effective approach to First Aid & CPR training.

Our WSIB compliant courses are perfect for workplaces, students and other individuals seeking certification. Lifesaver 101 First Aid & CPR Training is committed to being the best place to acquire your First Aid & CPR certification. Our courses have been prepared to meet the requirements of Regulation 1101 of the Workplace Safety & Insurance Act. We were established in Toronto in 1999 by Chris Riedesser with a second facility in Sudbury following in 2007 and a third in Ottawa in 2014. As a result Lifesaver 101 has been able to provide First Aid & CPR training to workplaces, students and other individuals throughout Southern and Northern Ontario. At Lifesaver 101 we provide an interactive, fun and educational approach to First Aid and CPR training. Our goal has always been to have our participants walk out our doors with both the knowledge and confidence necessary to provide effective first aid in an emergency medical situation. A key tool in meeting this goal is teaching participants our Lifesaver 101 Rules of 123 & ABC.
