Please ensure that your have ordered and picked up all food and medications needed to get you through this holiday season.

Our last order before Christmas will be placed on Monday December 22nd, and our last order before New Years will be placed on Monday December 29th.

Tonight, the amazing teams from Baxter Animal Hospital and Cambrian Animal Hospital spent the evening volunteering at the Elgin Street Mission, serving hot meals and bringing some warmth to those in need.
It was an incredibly rewarding experience—seeing the gratitude on people’s faces and working alongside the dedicated staff reminded us how much small acts of kindness can mean.

If you’re looking for a meaningful way to give back, we highly recommend volunteering at the Mission if you can—it’s truly uplifting. Or, consider donating non-perishable food items to support this worthy cause.

In loving memory of cherished pets, make a donation to the OSCAR Fund and pick an ornament to hang on our tree. We'll also hang a paper Christmas tree with the pet's name - watch the tree grow all month long.

You may have noticed a few new faces around the hospital in the last few months so we thought we would formally introduce you to our new crew members!

Meet Sierra, one of our new Receptionists! ✨️

Sierra is originally from Southern Ontario but moved to Sudbury for her schooling to become an Environmental Technician. While here for her post-seco dary studies, she feel in love with the Northern Ontario vibes and decided to make Sudbury her home.

She has been working in the service industry for many years which makes her previous work experience an asset with her customer service skills. She has always had a love for animals so when the opportunity came up to work at an animal hospital, she jumped at her chance.

She currently owns a beautiful kitty named Lincoln and one day hopes to own her dream dog, a Golden Retriever! You already know that this crew supports her dog choice!

Please help us in officially welcoming Sierra to the Cambrian family! ❤️

Meet Cat Bus! 🐱🚍

He is available for adoption through the Greater Sudbury Animal Shelter!

Here's a little bit about him:

When Cat Bus first arrived at our shelter, he was in rough shape. Obese, severely matted, and so tangled that we couldn’t even tell if he was neutered! At first glance, he seemed grumpy and withdrawn, but we soon realized he was just uncomfortable.

After a careful shave under sedation, Cat Bus started to show his true colors. With proper care, love, and a healthy diet, he’s transformed into a happy, thriving cat! He’s lost weight, his coat is growing back beautifully, and his personality shines through every day.

Now, Cat Bus is ready for his second chance at life, and he’s hoping it’s with you!

We would like to wish a Happy Senior Birthday to our patient Pixel! 🥳

Her mom loves to send us photos every now and then of her sporting something festive or even a just because pick me up and our team loves getting Pixel updates!

It was her birthday last week and we received a photo of her celebrating her birthday in style! We thought since she brings our team a little bit of light, that we'd share that with all of you to enjoy!

Our team attended the Second Annual Dryland Race at Timberwolf Golf Course where we raised money for our Oscar Fund this past Sunday!

Shanon's pups Helix and Hook competed and each earned a placed on the podium! Woo hoo!

A well spent day in the cold with some incredible people and we can't wait until next year! A big thank you to Taylor and Brenda for hosting another fantastic event!
