When people attack, blame, and project hate — it says everything about them, and nothing about you.
Emotionally toxic people reveal themselves through their actions.
When someone constantly blames others, spreads lies, or twists stories to make themselves the victim — it’s a defense mechanism rooted in insecurity and shame.
And when a narcissist is behind the attack, it often goes deeper.
They don’t act alone.
They recruit others — the flying monkeys — to do their bidding.
They spread gossip, fuel drama, and continue the abuse by proxy… all while the narcissist sits back, playing puppet master.
The truth is — a narcissist’s greatest fear is losing control.
When they can’t control you, they punish you.
When they can’t manipulate you, they smear you.
And when they can’t destroy you — they try to turn others against you.
But here’s the power move:
Don’t engage.
Don’t defend yourself to their lies.
Stand firm in your truth.
Because when you stop playing their game, you take away their power.
Protect your peace.
Heal your heart.
And remember — their projection is not your reflection.
