🧠 Striking a Balance: Informed, Not Overwhelmed 💕

It's vital to be informed about global instability, but not at the expense of your mental health. This World Mental Health Day, we recognize that protecting your psychological well-being means carefully managing the dosage of crisis exposure.
Learn to distinguish between being aware and being saturated. Curate your feed, limit your scroll, and deliberately seek out sources of calm and hope to balance the weight of global news. 🌍

What healthy media boundary are you setting this week to protect your mind from overload? Let us know your strategy! ✋
