Botox® extends beyond JUST a cosmetic treatment. It has medical benefits as well, including the management of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction.

TMJ symptoms are often associated with overactive jaw muscles placing excessive strain on the joint. When clinically indicated, therapeutic Botox® can reduce muscle hyperactivity, relieve tension, and improve functional movement.

At NEOMO, treatment begins with a comprehensive assessment to determine medical suitability. The focus is symptom relief, functional improvement, and long-term joint health. If TMJ is diagnosed as a medical condition, treatment may be eligible under certain extended health benefit plans.

Our Team is led by our three senior physicians- Drs. Dhatt, Gauthier and McKay. We have grown into a unique clinic recognized for its innovative work as Ontario's "2017 Family Practice of the Year".

Our Junior physicians Drs. Gervais, McColl, Callaghan, Chenard and Poulin will be leading the growth and direction of NEOMO into the next decade honoring the principles of evidence based, patient-centered care.

We are supported by an incredible administrative team leader Sara who dedicates every waking moment to making our office more efficient for both patients and providers.
