At every stage of the rehabilitation/conditioning process we teach our clients that building bodies to move with ease, efficiency and power depends on clear intention about what movement is, where it comes from and how it works. We maintain a high level of ongoing education and utilize the principles of the STOTT Pilates Method to achieve self-sufficiency and empowerment in our treatments. Although our November's PSOAS Exploration Workshop is sold out, we still have a few spots available for our first Workshop of 2026!
Join us on Sunday, January 18th, for Jenine's Breath and Body Workshop. In this 90-minute session, Jenine will highlight the importance of breath as a vital component of any form of movement. Participants will learn to harness the power of breath to boost energy levels, enhance focus, improve mood, and reduce anxiety. The power of breath is one of the most underrated aspects of wellness, and poor breath mechanics are very common.
Remembrance is a central part of life.
Remembrance is a ritual. Remembrance facilitates unity. Regardless of belief, religion, social status, or geographical location, we individually, and personally, remember the impact of lives lost.
Memories are powerful. Memories have the power to address humanity’s most difficult political, sociological and environmental problems.
Memory must inform our present for us to imagine a better future. The act of remembering doesn’t consign us to the past. Our aspirations for tomorrow must be informed by our experience and the histories we inherit.

“I’m *insert age here* ... Is it ok if I start Pilates?” A variation of this question is among the most frequently asked, with ages ranging from 18 to 68.
The short answer: Yes.
Pilates is modifiable and suitable for every body. A beginner can pace themselves, someone rehabilitating an injury is offered an alternative, a seasoned practitioner can add a supplementary exercise.
One of the most commonly touted Joseph Pilates adages is “If your spine is stiff at 30, you are old. If it is flexible at 60, you are young”. This translates beyond Pilates and into day-to-day life, age is not an indication of skill, ability, or athleticism.

In 2010, Jenine Saunders opened her first location, Pilates Pro Rehabilitation & Conditioning Centre. This studio was a mere 600 square feet, and included only one reformer. Almost immediately, the unique approach to therapy attracted a large and loyal following.
In 2016, Pilates Pro welcomed two highly regarded healthcare specialists to join the team. The incorporation of physiotherapy and massage therapy services greatly complemented Jenine's approach.
Service offerings continued to grow (with great success!) and it became clear that Pilates was one aspect in a broad range of treatment options. Pilates continues to be an immensely beneficial rehabilitation tool, however, its benefits are significantly amplified when used in conjunction with fascial therapy and neurofascial science.
In 2018, Pilates Pro transitioned to Moetus Health, "motus" meaning movement in Latin. Movement is the at the very core of our unique technique, and accurately represents our multi-faceted approach to health and wellness.
Here at Moetus Health we seek to rehabilitate injuries, improve postural problems, and relieve chronic pain. We target imbalances in the body causing injury or dysfunction and implement a unique combination of manual therapy with functional retraining.
Moetus Health offers a diverse range of treatment modalities with a focus on fascial therapy, neurofascial science, and neuromuscular principles.
Our integrated approach emphasizes optimal movement for long-term results. We teach our clients the tools necessary to move with ease, efficiency, and power. We maintain a high level of ongoing education, allowing our clients to achieve self-sufficiency and empowerment.
