Your Vagus Nerve is like your body’s reset button. It helps you relax, supports gut health, and boosts brain function by connecting your brain to key organs. Take a deep breath—your body will thank you! Movement and breath exercises can stimulate the Vagus Nerve, triggering the body's natural relaxation response.

BREATH & BODY WORKSHOP **SOLD OUT** The final workshop of the series summarizes all the workshops before it: Train Your Fascia, Psoas, and Vagus Nerve. This workshop will explore the biomechanics of breath and how it directly influences others systems of the body: cardiovascular, lymphatic, musculoskeletal, and the autonomic nervous system. In 2010, Jenine Saunders opened her first location, Pilates Pro Rehabilitation & Conditioning Centre. This studio was a mere 600 square feet, and included only one reformer. Almost immediately, the unique approach to therapy attracted a large and loyal following.
In 2016, Pilates Pro welcomed two highly regarded healthcare specialists to join the team. The incorporation of physiotherapy and massage therapy services greatly complemented Jenine's approach.
Service offerings continued to grow (with great success!) and it became clear that Pilates was one aspect in a broad range of treatment options. Pilates continues to be an immensely beneficial rehabilitation tool, however, its benefits are significantly amplified when used in conjunction with fascial therapy and neurofascial science.
In 2018, Pilates Pro transitioned to Moetus Health, "motus" meaning movement in Latin. Movement is the at the very core of our unique technique, and accurately represents our multi-faceted approach to health and wellness.
Here at Moetus Health we seek to rehabilitate injuries, improve postural problems, and relieve chronic pain. We target imbalances in the body causing injury or dysfunction and implement a unique combination of manual therapy with functional retraining.
Moetus Health offers a diverse range of treatment modalities with a focus on fascial therapy, neurofascial science, and neuromuscular principles.
Our integrated approach emphasizes optimal movement for long-term results. We teach our clients the tools necessary to move with ease, efficiency, and power. We maintain a high level of ongoing education, allowing our clients to achieve self-sufficiency and empowerment.
