Little-Souls : Child Wellness We help children navigate life with a little more Ease, Confidence, Calm and Compassion through Yoga Little-Souls: Child Wellness came to me in a dream.

The clear calling, passion and purpose lead me to begin the journey of finding my way home on my own mat and carrying that forward to bringing yoga to children since 2016! I am a mother of 2 big souls in little bodies! These souls inspire me on a daily basis in how to help children listen to their own inner compass and manage the ups and downs of life with kindness, compassion and nonjudgement. I am blessed and honored to be able to see the change in children from before they step onto their magic mat, to the time they step off and take the mindfulness tools with them into the world. I see more confidence, self-compassion and kindness to oneself and awareness carried forwards to others! My purpose is to be able to reach as many little souls as possible, in giving them these tools to manage this journey with more ease so they become resilient adults! THE YEAR OF NO WORDS ✨…I just been able to sit with my Spotify playlist for 2025 — all my favourites from this past year.
And something stopped me in my tracks.

Every single one of them has no words.

Yet I’ve had some of the most profound, life-altering experiences while listening to them.

This has been a year of seeing beyond what’s said.

As a 2/4 Projector, I’ve always perceived beneath the surface, reading energy, noticing what isn’t spoken, feeling what lives between the lines. But this year, through my Reiki training and deep body work, that perception moved out of observation… and into embodiment.

A year of learning how to give energetically.
How to listen without language.
How to trust what’s felt, not explained.

The “year of no words” feels like a quiet initiation.
A remembering that truth doesn’t shout : it hums.
That wisdom doesn’t always explain itself : it’s sensed.

And this is exactly why body balancing & yoga is so powerful.

The body doesn’t need convincing.
It doesn’t need stories.
It doesn’t need words.

It speaks in sensation, energy, emotion, rhythm.
And when we slow down enough to listen… it tells us exactly what’s needed.

There is so much power beyond words.
And this year taught me how to hear it.
