People often don't realize just how much potential they have in themselves, what's truly possible for them, until they see their bodies transforming before their eyes. We believe in you even before you believe in yourself. With such demand, we want to "weed out those who aren't serious" right out of the gate by telling you EXACTLY what's going to happen when you begin your Two Free Week trial. First, your energy will spike, it will go through the roof. Waking up in the morning will go from being a dreaded task to having you almost leaping out of bed ready to take on the day. After lunch, especially around 3pm when we tend to start to slow down, you’ll notice you still have an abundance of energy; in fact it will last long until the evening. Your spouse or friends might even start to wonder where you are getting all this energy from. This thing about "slowing down" as we age will become a belief of the past, a belief not shared by you as you feel better and more alive today than ever before. Secondly, your mood will shift. The act of attending a few classes combined with the increased energy levels will put a smile on your face. You’ll notice what used to set you off now has less of an effect on you. Daily mundane task become much more bearable as your overall “feel” of life is happy. I’m telling you, life is so much better with a smile – and people are most beautiful when they smile. Thirdly, your lungs will feel clear, full and vibrant. It sounds silly, but after just two short weeks or classes, walking up the stairs will be easier. Taking the dog for a walk will be effortless. Chasing the kids around will seem so much smoother. Breathing becomes not only light and fulfilling, but gains an almost therapeutic feel as your lungs thank you for the activity. And last but not least, you will notice physical changes. Yes, we have many clients who lose 12 pounds by the end of their two free weeks, but most lose 5-7 pounds. What’s more important isn’t so much the weight loss (although that IS important) but the fact that everything feels “tighter” – and I’m talking about your body, not your pants! In fact, your pants will most likely require you to tighten up the belt to keep them from falling. After just a few short weeks, you’ll already start to notice little changes throughout the body – tightening of the belly, legs, butt, arms etc. – to compliment your weight loss. HOW TO GET STARTED

As much as we'd love to boast and say we answer the phone by the second ring, we don't. In fact, with hundreds of clients coming through the club each week, the phone is usually the LAST thing that gets our attention ;-)

Congratulations to the Resilient Woman Project ladies who just completed their 4-week program, and ended with a beautiful celebration dinner 🥰

During this 4 week program, they built community, strength and resilience!!

These ladies trained, explored, learnt, and connected three times a week with coach Shelley. This program taught them how to navigate and better understand the menopausal journey in a woman's life 💕

A community where women can feel heard, understood and supported while feeling extreme changes in their body, mind, and soul!

With such great success and feedback, Shelley will be running another RWP in the next coming weeks! 😍

Curious what our HIIT workouts are all about? 😎

The High Intensity Interval Training classes are ran by coach Barb, every Monday and Wednesday mornings at 6am, and Saturday at 9:30am!

These 1️⃣ hour workouts are the perfect way to start your day!!

A typical class will run a circuit style workout, with 2 minutes stations. These stations range from weights, to strength training, to cardio, even flexibility and agility exercises! Always something new, and working different parts of your body 💯 Some days are upper body or lower body specific, however most classes you will get an incredible full body workout!

It's high intensity meaning you push yourself as much as possible during your 2 minute rounds, then you get a small break before starting the next station 😉

If you're an early riser, or just like to get your workout done before work, and before you can make a million excuses not to go (we've all been there!!!!) this may be the perfect class for you! 💪🏼

It's a fully coached class, however you push how ever hard you can! It's a great workout for all levels seeing as you can modify the exercises to your current fitness level 🔥

These workouts are an amazing add-on to our kickboxing classes! 🥊

On Saturday, the Resilient Woman Project ladies participated in a beautiful Forest Therapy Walk, lead by !! 🌬️

Coach Shelley from said it was a beautiful morning spent slowing down, breathing deeply, and letting the forest help reset our thoughts and nervous systems. A powerful reminder that healing doesn’t always mean doing more—sometimes it means pausing, being present, and letting nature lead. 🌿✨

Such a beautiful way to spend a sunny afternoon, surrounded by incredible humans, currently sharing a similar stage of life 🥰

Now,even though you CAN go to any class you like, if you are like 99% of our new students and have NEVER done kickboxing (or any martial arts) before, we recommend you jump into the Beginner classes to start.
