The body is listening to see if we are listening.
Even if we are inaccurate,
the body will make it accurate.
The body is a very forgiving teacher.

All beings are aware if we are listening.
All beings are aware if we are listening with acceptance of what is.
Acceptance of what is,
is the key for transformation.

Can I be in acceptance of myself exactly as I am?
I need not be any different than who and how I am to be seen and received by grace.
Can I be in acceptance of exactly how you are?

The body mends in the listening—by following the listening. Mending is not in the sounding. We do not need to put sound or anything else into a body. What is needed for expression and healing is already encoded and imprinted within the body. We can trust that.

The core of health is your relationship to truth. Without a doubt, it is your capacity to be truthful with yourself, to have faith in yourself, and to be able to trust yourself. Because from that comes your relationship to your inner sense of self, or what's been labeled self-esteem. But I'm talking about the capacity to actually esteem yourself, to actually have reverence for the power that is your life, and to realize this is a power that you have to manage with great discernment.
