Marina Point Village is seeking an experienced and compassionate RPN Nurse Supervisor to join our leadership team. This pivotal role provides guidance and oversight to our Resident Services Department, ensuring the highest standards of care, professionalism, and resident well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support Resident Services Staff in daily operations.

Oversee assessments, care planning, and medication administration.

Maintain compliance with nursing standards and facility policies.

Foster a collaborative, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications:

Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.

Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience in a retirement or long-term care setting.

Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
