Unity Shapes offers private-in-your-home yoga, meditation and pranayama for the busy lifestyles, beginners, sensitives and exclusives. We accommodate to your schedule, level and goals.

Busy schedule? Beginner level? Don’t want to run into anyone on the way in or out of the studio? Whatever your reason for a private practice may be, we will entertain your circumstances. In most cases our clients are being trained to feel confident and knowledgeable in their practice to make their way to public classes. Or... they stay with us forever appreciating their practice being sculpted to their personal level and goals. Every private client receives a personal booklet with monthly progression pages to make sure we're tackling the goals they're striving for.

Unity Shapes Yoga is the mother of: The Awakening Movement. Who’s goal is to create academic classes to implement in the schools curriculum that will teach students how to help, understand and control themselves.
