Alex Forget is a Physiotherapist Resident in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. He holds a Bachelor’s in Health and Physical Education with a specialization in Health Promotion with a specialization in Health Promotion from Laurentian University, Sudbury (2019), as well as a Master of Health Sciences Physiotherapy degree from the University of Ottawa (2022). He is fluently bilingual (French & English) and plans on expanding his therapeutic training through continuing education courses.
He was born and raised in the Greater Sudbury district and grew up a multi-sport athlete playing competitive Hockey and Baseball.
He strongly believes in a patient-centred approach to help his clients maximize their rehabilitation goals. In the near future, Alex is looking to pursue additional training in manual & manipulative therapy and dry needling to continuously improve his treatment skills to benefit his patients.

His style of treatment includes sport massage techniques, deep tissue and myofascial release supported by remedial stretches and exercises ranging from easy to advance that will assist in getting your body back on track.
