Before → After | M-Shaped Lips ✨

This client came in with a soft M-shaped lip, wanting a little more balance and fullness.

Using 0.6 mL of filler, we were able to:
• Gently support the Cupid’s bow
• Add subtle hydration and structure
• Smooth the central dip
• Enhance shape without overfilling

The goal wasn’t to change her lips, it was to refine what was already there.

Half a syringe can be so powerful when placed intentionally. Soft M-shaped lips are especially fun to treat because small adjustments can create beautiful symmetry while maintaining a completely natural look.

This client previously had a lip flip for subtle lift, but wanted a little more definition, hydration, and balance, without looking “done.” By transitioning to 0.5 mL of filler, we were able to softly enhance shape and support while keeping the lips true to her natural anatomy.
