Good morning, want to thank Jordana Quewezance for helping with the past few days… Catering is a lot of work and there is a lot of behind the scene work that goes on. Thank you Jordana for the help and the delicious desserts you prepared so elegantly and with precision planning with all the ingredients and timing of the process, you really made this meal complete with Sweets Home Bakery treats and I think that everyone who had a chance to taste is wondering when we can get another taste of your baking.

Also, would like to thank Tiko Crawford for teaming up with me in the kitchen, was fun to cook and prepare and not only that but to learn and adjust cooking practices to make sure the food was at its best. The day was long but it was worth it in the end.

Six hands at work is definitely better then only two so thank you again for your amazing work in the kitchen and the extra hard work that went in to make these past few days possible. I really couldn’t have done it without you.

Wanna thank Zagime Anishinabek Leadership and the Zagime Anishinabek Administration for giving me the opportunity to cater your Mandate meetings in Little Bone and Zagime Anishinabek First Nations. I hope the food was as delicious as it looked and I look forward to catering more events for you in the future. Don’t hesitate to call and book.
