✨ HONOURING DON ✨

In celebration of what would have been our beloved Don’s 80th Birthday, we’re coming together as a community to celebrate him and fundraise in his honour.

Though Don isn’t with us any longer in the physical, his spirit, energy, and love for this community continue to inspire us on the daily. This class is a chance to remember him move together and to support a cause that reflects the heart he shared with all of us. 💛

Yoga teaches us to be present; to listen deeply, and respond to what we learn with compassion. The practice teaches us to seek the truth (satya), to do no harm (ahimsa), and to engage in the often-uncomfortable work of truth-seeking, truth-telling, and taking right action.

Today, we wear orange. Every day, we invite ourselves and our community to listen, reflect, learn, and act.
