The next PD Day of the Peace River School Division is coming up. If your kids would like to use this opportunity for some fun learning, send them our way!

Part 1: Emotional Regulation
The kids will walk home with a self made toolkit all around FEELINGS.

Part 2: Community Helpers Program by Primary Care Alberta
Your kids will get a certificate for their participation.

And in between we are looking forward to playing some rounds of table tennis at the Resource Centre for Su***de Prevention in Grimshaw.

It can be challenging to manage your own boundaries while tuning into what other people may need.

Get training on how to take care of yourself, while you are effectively and caringly show up for your clients on a daily basis!

The workshop is free and certified by Primary Care Alberta.

Learn skills and knowledge around providing your services as well as how to support others in ways that are sustainable.
