Next Wednesday from 4:30- 6:30, all pregnant ladies or those supporting some one who is are welcome to join our community partners!

You will find information for your pregnancy journey and have the opportunity and space to ask all your questions and connect with other caregivers in the community/region!

Calling all mama & papa bears 🐻
This will be our last series of 2025!

Our infant massage class will start up on October 9 at 9am & run for 4 weeks on Thursdays. This class is designed for babies 0-12 months old.

This is a great way to bond with your baby, help them with development & discomforts and meet other moms in the community.

We need a minimum of 3 participants ☀️
