A practitioner for practitioners... the unboxing

I wish I had all the words to explain this space I am opening in my energy for this. So I'll try, and trust that this will find you.

I love working with practitioners. It makes me so happy knowing the ripple effect that happens, when I support you and then you show up more fully for your clients.🥰

I've been over here, grappling with myself, trying to understand why I am feeling called to teach and then the thought of creating curriculum or a course stops my abundant energy from flowing.

And then... Here it comes.
Something I am already doing,
way more intentional
and with a larger space in my energy field.

A fluid connection with practitioners that have done all the things, the courses, the work, the modalities. I'm speaking to you now.

You have a practice that is doing well. Repeat clients. You like what you do, but sometimes, you don't love it. You feel stuck. Like you're performing. You have some clients you feel totally in the flow with, and others, not so much. It's not really the clients, you know it's some internal blocks you have, and you're hesitant. Maybe this is just how it is. At least you're not "working for the man" in a stuffy office with corporate rules. And still, something is missing. You have this desire to show up more fully, to stay in the flow state, to get excited again for every single booking. It's there, and it won't go away, and you're not quite sure how to shift into it.

Virtual Tapping Circles - on select Tuesdays

Each circle will have a different theme or topic that we will work through. I will guide you through a tapping script, facilitating a deeper release.

The scripts will be personalized based on comments and feedback during the tapping. You will type into the chat answers to certain prompts to make the session more impactful for you.

Join via zoom. Pay what feels aligned within the sliding scale. Tap along with me and others in community, in the comfort of your own home.

Affirmations or EFT Tapping Script for the New Year!

Tap along with the phrases along any of the tapping points and allow your body to release the energy of last year and come into the energy of this year, in alignment with you!

As you tap, notice where you feel resistance and continue to tap until that resistance subsides. Feel into the emotions in your body. Add "I love and accept myself completely" anytime, or do a round of this phrase on each point after a few rounds of this reel to really anchor this new energy in your body!

You can save this and come back to it at any time throughout the year as a reminder and way to continue to embrace your highest alignment energy.

Number 1 - We are all one. Energy. Collective. Unity. Take time to connect in with the oneness around you. Notice how nature responds to you, how you can see yourself in others. Sometimes we get so caught up in the next step, the next big thing, what's going on in our immediate life, that we forget we are a part of the collective. That there is more out there. And you have access to all of this energy and knowledge at any given time. Embrace the oneness and see how the universe wants to conspire for you, not against you.

Number 3 - sacred unity - mind body spirit - past present future - gas liquid solid - all of the 3s. This is calling for balance in your life. Is there an area you are focusing on, and other areas you are neglecting? How can you bring yourself back into a holistic balance? There is a school of thought where our being is divined into 3 bowls or energy centers rather than the 7 chakras. Top, middle and bottom. Is your body working as one? Are you stuck in your head, lost in spirituality, but forgetting to care for your physical body? Are you lost in your emotions without appreciating the earth around you? Only you know what you need to bring you back into balance. Be honest with you and give yours3lf the love you deserve.

Lion - it's time to be fierce my friend. Where do you need to bring a gentle roar into your life. Power and passion. Determination. Strength. All these, but grounded. The lion does not need to announce it's arrival to demand respect. So to do you not need to yell and scream. Embody the strength you have within your and allow your lion to roar where it needs to. Being more power to this situation. Tap into your inner strength. This may also be calling you to be more in touch with your divine masculinity.

Woman - the sacred feminine. You are creation in the physical. You are divine. You have all the magic in the world within you. Babe, stop second guessing yourself. Stop dimming your light for those who aren't worthy of your brilliance. You are magnificent. Allow your radiance to shine like a thousand suns. This is your birthright. When you shine, the whole world is touched by your magic and unique frequency.

Energy behind this event!

I don't often jump on like this. Here is the energy of this event, unscripted, me just in my feels and sharing so that you can get a taste of it 💕

Highlights:
- Friday the 13th - actually for the divine feminine
- Day before Valentine's day - for the girls - Galentine's
- Shedding the last of the snake energy - snake - kundalini - divine feminine energy

This circle is going to be potent for the divine feminine.

I will balance the nurturing and fierce energy of the feminine for this event based on what each person and the collective circle needs.

As each person signs up, I will feel into their energy linked with the energy of the event and allow it to evolve and be customized for those who sign up.

We will leave cleared of another layer of self doubt, limiting beliefs, women wounds, etc. And we will gain more confidence and clarity into who we are and how we choose to show up in our power.

Each person will receive a token or something tangible to bring home as a reminder of the event and the energy you are bringing forward.

I don't have an agenda to share, simply because this is an intuitive offering and will be created to match what is needed for each person that joins. I can tell you there will be tapping, there will be conversation, genuine support, a safe space, and an opportunity to connect with others in a way you feel seen and valued.

This is a space to sink into a deep meditative space and be guided through a self journey. I will hold the space, hold the frequencies and provide prompts to guide you along your inner journey. This is a journey of the soul, the spark, the essence that makes you, you. This is sacred. No more than 4 people, which allows for depth with each person and amplified frequency as we come together in the space. I wish I had the right words for this, but I don't. If you have experienced my meditations one on one or in larger groups, this will be similar to that, with intentions for true depth, alignment and surrender to your higher calling. A trust in yourself that only you can give you, I am here to hold the space for your awakening. I am excited to meet you here in this sacred space.

It's that sacred time. When the snow comes, the earth gets quiet. The new year has passed by and you are able to actually settle into the energy of winter. To go within yourself. To release.

And I hear you.
The call to support you on this journey.
To be a guide and a safe space.
To create a gentle community of others just like you.
Just like me.

And so, I open this sacred ceremony.
The salt bowl.
Where we connect with the purity of the salt. Allowing for a stronger release of what is no longer serving you. What you have been carrying for far too long.

And for you to call in your energy again. To recalibrate in the embrace of a safe space. With others who see you for you; who understand you. Allowing the earth to amplify this energy through the salt bowl.

This space is intimate, no more than 7 attendees, plus myself.

I'm ready.
I'm ready to show up, knowing the magic of this doesn't have words. I can feel it. The gentle calm. The breath you didn't know you were holding. The body tingles. The giddy joy that feels surreal. And I want this all for you in the ways that light you up from the inside.

777 Circle! July 7th, 7pm

Our next Energetic & Embodied Tapping Circle will land on a 777 (Day,Month,Time) and I am so excited about the "coincidence" of that.

Unplanned when I set the date...

So we will be allowing whatever comes through that day for the group that attends to be the topic. It could be intuition, grounding, anger, taking the next step, surrendering to your path, all the things!

You won't have to prep anything in advance, I will channel in the moment. It will be open for feedback, or I will read the energy of the room and people in attendance. Whatever feels the safest for you is what we flow with!

We start just after 7, do an opening together, get into tapping, gentle somatics (movement) and whatever else your body and energy is craving for release.

I will hold space and offer reiki throughout our time together.
