Perimenopause is a natural transition… It occurs between the ages of 35 to 55 years when estrogen & progesterone begin to fluctuate.
Yes, Google will tell you it’s “normal” & I agree! But what it won’t tell you is that you don’t need to accept the extremes as normal.
