We are a group of Registered Midwives serving Guelph and the surrounding communities. Midwives are specialists in the care of mothers and babies through pregnancy, birth and the first six weeks after birth. Midwifery care is fully government-funded.

We’re so appreciative of the energy, curiosity, and compassion she brings to the clinic. Caroline, your dedication, professionalism, and kindness toward every client and colleague do not go unnoticed, your contributions truly make a difference!

We also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the families who graciously welcome student midwives into their care. Every birth, appointment, and conversation is a powerful learning experience that helps students grow into confident and capable midwives. Your generosity supports the future of midwifery in our community and that future is looking bright! ✨

Aanii, hello! My name is Leigham, you can call me Lee, and my pronouns are they/them. I mixed settler/Anishnaabe and I grew up in Belleville, Ontario.

In a previous life, I worked as an accountant and logistics administrator for large tech company. After too many years, I realized that my passions for harm reduction and reproductive justice, a long with my desire to work with q***r and trans families, people who use drugs, people who are houseless, and people with "unconventional" family structures did not quite fit into a corporate setting, and midwifery was an easy leap to take.

I started my midwifery journey at Laurentian University, where I was minoring in Anishnaabemwin, with a focus on rural, remote, and Indigenous birth work. I then graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University in 2023, and worked at an urban Indigenous midwifery clinic in downtown Toronto - until now!

In my down time, I love to cross stitch, spend time with my niblings, get outside, watch documentaries, and travel.

I look forward to supporting you through this exciting transition in your life!
