👉There are many things that can cause high cholesterol, including eating a poor diet, smoking, and being overweight.

👉Genetics can also play a role in high cholesterol levels, and some people may have high cholesterol levels even if they eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly.

If you have high cholesterol, your doctor may recommend making lifestyle changes to help lower your levels, such as eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly, and quitting smoking. If lifestyle changes are not enough to lower your cholesterol, your doctor may prescribe medication to help lower your levels..

Making lifestyle changes is an important part of managing your cholesterol levels and can help to reduce the risk of developing serious health problems in the future.

Try eating more:
🍎fruits
🥗vegetables
🌾 whole grains,
🍗 lean proteins,
🍩 and limiting saturated fat, trans fat, and cholesterol

There are many ways to improve your cholesterol levels, including:
