February went by so fast! I'm looking forward to some melting and more sunny days!

Keep in mind that I'm off from the 16th-20th for March break! I have very few appointments available for the remainder of March, so if you'd like, please look ahead as my schedule is open through the end of June!

As always, I appreciate every person that shows up in my treatment room, and a goal of mine for this year is to show up with more positivity and focus!

I've officially opened up my schedule for online booking for January-June 2026! You're welcome to book as many appointments as you wish during this time, and I encourage booking ahead if you're looking for specific dates and times!

I am so fortunate that I have such wonderful patients! Thank you for continuing to trust me with your care!

How is it already November?! Only two months left in the year and often the two busiest for RMTs!

I'll be opening up schedule for 2026 this week and will make another post to let everyone know!

Please keep in mind that I'm away from December 19- January 5th to celebrate the Christmas season with my family!

🍂🍁Hello October!🍁🍂 What a beautiful start to the fall weather we've been lucky to have! I hope everyone is getting back into the swing of school, routines and the lovely crisp mornings!

Please note that the busiest time for RMTs is quickly approaching and if you haven't already I suggest booking in advance for the remainder of the year if you're able. Rescheduling is always easier than trying to find space!

How is it already September?!

I'm just getting back into the swing of things around the office and will be returning calls and emails tomorrow!

I'm excited for the beginning of the School year and returning to a routine that involves more movement, education and helping my patients reach their goals!

I cannot wait to see everyone!
