A few updates for you!

My schedule is opening up to be able to accept new clients and offer more in person availability on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. I will continue to offer virtual on those days plus Wednesday.

I also joined the ***r.health.hub a month ago. It is such a cozy, affirming space and I’m so happy to be there.

I’m back from a little social media break to share some joy!

Accessing and cultivating joy can be incredibly healing. In ‘Pleasure Activism,’ adrienne maree brown also highlights joy and pleasure as powerful tools in resisting oppression.

How is joy manifesting in your life right now? For me, it’s snuggling with my pups, sharing belly-aching laughter with loved ones, and dancing to the vibrant q***r pop of summer 2024.

Celebrating a year since taking the plunge and opening my practice 💜

Feeling incredible gratitude to my clients who have taught me so much about healing and hope and have trusted me to walk beside them in their journeys, to my colleagues, partner, puppies, friends and family who have supported me and to anyone who has provided mentorship and advice along the way. With the most sincerity, I feel immense gratitude to be able to do something I feel so passionate about.

Here’s to many more years of connection and growth 💜

What if you didn't need to fix yourself?
It seems like such a radical thought, doesn't it?
It definitely makes me pause and wonder how I can live into that myself.

I hope you can join me at the Reshaping Body Image Workshop that is happening this Saturday at 1pm at Found Coffee Guelph! 😍 All woman-identified, trans and non-binary folks are welcome.

💥 Things to be excited about:
* collectively learning strategies of self-acceptance and feeling more at home in our bodies
* changing the social narrative that we have about food and our bodies
* enriching and deepening our learning with expressive arts
* eating yummy snacks!!
