I had the pleasure and privilege to work on a mama and baby not yet earthside yesterday. It was a beautiful experience to say the least. I envisioned a peaceful and transformative birth experience for mama and baby. I look forward to meeting this wee one in a few months!

During my pregnancy, I gave myself Reiki daily. It was my favourite time of day as I got to really tune in and connect with my daughter.

My hubby and I had a fire last night and shared in some deep theological/spiritual discussion. This past year has brought about some major shifts in awareness and awake-ness for both of us. I am uncovering new levels of programming and where my thoughts and views have been intercepted and interfered with. As we sat in silence processing all we had discussed, this heart showed up on a piece of wood in the fire and pulsed for quite a while as we watched. The signs are always there for us to know when we are on the right track (or when we aren’t) we just need to be open to receiving them 🙏🏼✨

I N N E R C H I L D ✨
When was the last time you tapped in to your inner child? Felt totally in the moment, carefree and blissful? Created just for the sake of it and without judgement of how it turned out? Laughed until your cheeks hurt?
As adults, we get so caught up in the hustle and bustle, the day to day tasks, work, bills etc. We lose touch with our inner child. There are 2 aspects to inner child work- the light and the shadow. Regardless of our upbringing, we all have some inner child wounds that need healing and we have inner joy that is waiting for us to tap into.

The moment captured in this photo I was transported back in time to when I was maybe 5 or 6. We were visiting my grandparents in Mexico and my Abuela had made me a traditional festival outfit to wear which included a rebozo (a shawl) which the dancers at the festival would twirl around them as they danced. As these photos were being taken I could feel the unbridled joy and pride I felt as a little girl in my new outfit, twirling my rebozo around me like the dancers.

Oftentimes in spiritual practise, people focus solely on the moon but the sun is equally important! Have you ever noticed if it’s cloudy or overcast for a few days you start to feel drained and low energy and as soon as it’s sunny again you feel energized and happy?
