Don’t let the end of one year and the beginning of another weigh you down. Let go of regret and disappointment, and release yourself from the pressure of new goals.

Even if 2025 was a great year, 2026 will be what it will be. It will have its own voice.

Be here now.

Life will always go on. There will always be change. There will always be another chance.

As we wrap up 2025, I’m just sitting here thinking of how it started vs how it’s ending.

So insanely grateful for this year. I feel absolutely blessed for the growth, I feel honoured to have people choose to invest in treatments with me, and I am so thankful for each one of my clients.

To get to be a part of people feeling better and to walk beside people and watch THEIR growth is a joy!

2025 had some personal challenges and sometimes with growth comes stretch marks but we are ending the year strong.

The Quiet 60 - no chit chat, low lights, weighted blankets, eye pillows, head phones with meditation or music.
A true sensory experience.
I always promote quiet through my treatments but this is a way for my clients to go deeper or for my chatty ones to say “hey, today I need to rest.”

The Quiet 75 - you know when the treatment is over but you don’t want it to be over? Stay for another 15 mins to rest, relax, and soak up the treatment.

September self-care
Day 1

My words for this month are: Intention. Love. Ease. Encouragement. Energy.

What I’ve done for myself so far today:
Ginger shot ✔️
6k weighted vest walk ✔️
Increase water ✔️

I’m so tired of being sick and overweight and just not feeling great about myself.

Too many bad habits, not enough self-love. If anyone wants to join me in a little extra intention for loving ourselves and each other this fall, let me know!

I’m always up for walks when I’m not working, sharing recipes and workouts and/or just checking in on each other .

To come this fall:
🍲 an invite-only soup trade night at my house. Look for a sign-up post coming. If this is popular, I’ll make it a regular thing. Ask me if you don’t know what this is!

🌱 an event at Woodside for an essential oil skin care blending workshop. Keep an eye out for posts to learn what essential oils and herbal products are amazing for skin and blend your own aromas!

✨ Holidays coming!! ✨

At the end of August we’ll be recreating this scene and dropping our oldest off at university for her first year (away from us. 😭)

I need some quality time with her before she leaves to mend my mama heart so I’ll be taking most of the last week of August off.

Make sure you book ahead to get the days and times you want for your appointments. 🥰
