CHC also welcomes our new Osteopath Samantha McCarthy to our team!

Sam first arrived in Guelph as an undergraduate, completing an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science at the University of Guelph, before pursuing graduate studies in Neuroscience at the University of Calgary and Clinical Neuroscience at the Ontario Veterinary College. Inspired by her own positive experiences as a collegiate rower, she discovered a passion for clinical, hands-on care and went on to earn her Master of Osteopathic Manual Science at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton. With a strong interest in integrating manual therapy, movement, and overall wellness, Sam brings a thoughtful, science-grounded approach to supporting clients of all ages and abilities, and enjoys an active, outdoor lifestyle with her family, friends and two pups.

We are so excited to welcome Tomas Bryczek to our team as our newest Registered Massage Therapist!

Tomas is an experienced Registered Massage Therapist with a strong foundation in physiotherapy and international clinical practice. He holds a Master’s degree in Physical Education from Poznań University in Poland, completed further training at the Ontario College of Health and Technology, and has worked across a range of settings—including owning and operating a massage and physiotherapy clinic in Poland, supporting a professional soccer team, and spending over a decade at a multidisciplinary orthopaedic and sports injury clinic in Mississauga. Now welcoming clients in Guelph, Tomas is known for his thoughtful, individualized approach to pain management, treating orthopaedic and neurological conditions, sports-related injuries, and stress-related tension using techniques such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and Dynamic Angular Petrissage.

Our Story

Central Health Care is a multi-disciplinary clinic centrally located on Gordon Street in Guelph. It is home to chiropractors, physiotherapists, registered massage therapists and a chiropodist/foot specialist. Formerly known as Elliott Chiropractic the clinic was founded by long time Guelph chiropractor Dr. Bruce Elliott and his daughter Dr. Jenny Elliott, chiropractor and acupuncture practitioner. Since it’s conception, Central Health Care has grown into the most comprehensive multidisciplinary clinic in Guelph. With modalities such as computerized spinal decompression, shockwave therapy, laser therapy and much more, Central Health Care is always striving to be a leader in patient care.
