During this powerful healing weekend training, you will learn how to offer reiki on yourself and others as a Certified Reiki Practitioner with the Usui/Holy Fire Lineage ✨

You will gain all of the tools and knowledge needed to start your journey using powerful ancient Reiki Healing. ✨

Come join us for some healing and spiritual yoga this Spring. Find nurturing and healing through your yoga practice.

It doesn’t matter if you are brand new to yoga, or deep in your spiritual yoga practice. We have classes for all!

*UPDATED-PLEASE READ*
•If you are sick or experiencing any symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat etc) we ask that you please stay home
*Doors will lock as soon as class starts so that no one is disrupted during their opening meditation. Please do not knock on the door if you are late.
•Classes will be pre registration only
•Cancellations MUST be done a minimum of 6h before class time (some exceptions apply)
•You can register for classes in person after your class, or VIA txting 519-766-8925
•Absolutely NO Cell Phones on the mat. And all ringers must be turned off in the studio.

We are so excited to announce this collaboration with you all! Morgan Story from Karma Yoga Studio Guelph and Natalie Thomas from Thomas Counselling will be teaming up to bring to you our first CBRT Course offering. This training is a Compassion Based Resilience Training that will teach you the skills and tools you will need to work with Compassion and learn new healing tools. These skills will not only benefit you, but those around you.

This 8 week course will be offered online so that we can release the restrictions of travel and distance.

Dates: March 4th-April 22nd

Stress relief, nurturing, self healing,relaxation and more…✨🪷
Join me on Friday February 13th 6-8pm for a healing evening. Stress is high for many people, this workshop is to focus on reducing stresses, and calming and nurturing the mind through different healing.

During this healing journey to self, we will be doing meditation, restorative yoga, group Reiki healing, and learning some tools to nurture self through connection with the Buddha etc.. ✨🪷🪷

We are so excited to share that Karma Yoga Studio was the winner for 2026 of the for Yoga Studio in Guelph! 🪷💗🙏🏼🙌🏼🎉 this is our 4th year in a row!🙌🏼

It’s all thanks to this incredible yoga community we have built together. I would not be here if it wasn’t for each and every one of you. Cheers to spreading healing together, love and light together, and cheers to our continued mission of affordable healing offerings.

Tonight was SO much fun! We had such a great group for our Vision Board night! Part way into the evening we lost power in the entire plaza and the lights went out! 🕯️ So we quickly grabbed all of the candles and got right back to creating!💗🙏🏼🙌🏼

We talked about how adaptability and flexibility are such great qualities to cultivate for a healthy mindset. 2026 is off to a good start! Showing us tonight how we can navigate challenges with grace and adaptability!💗🙏🏼🙌🏼

Thank you to everyone who came to create, have some good laughs and build even more connections 🙏🏼 the lights came on at the very end, just in time for a photo!
