A magical, heart-opening evening to honour the return of the light. 💫

Join us this Friday night for a deeply nourishing Winter ❄️ Solstice gathering where we weave intuition, creativity, healing and sacred connection into one unforgettable night.

We begin our evening by opening our intuition through gentle Tarot and Oracle exploration. You will have the chance to practise reading your cards with guidance and support from both myself and Ellissa.

Next, we shift into creativity as we craft our Winter Solstice Sacred Ornaments using dried oranges, cinnamon, cloves and pinecones. Each ingredient holds powerful symbolism for protection, rebirth and the returning light. You will infuse your ornament with intention, energy and the magic of the season.

Once our ornaments are complete, we move into our healing journey. We will guide you through a short meditation as you settle into your sound bath space, inviting your body to soften and your heart to open. Light language will be woven through the sound bath to help clear, activate and awaken your inner light.

To complete the night, We will offer individual Reiki, during the sound bath, providing a personal moment of healing, grounding and energetic alignment.

You will leave feeling deeply supported, connected and renewed, carrying the warmth and magic of the Winter Solstice with you.

You will receive:
• Intuitive guidance through Tarot and Oracle practise
• A handcrafted Winter Solstice ornament charged with your intention
• A full light language infused sound bath from moi
• A grounding meditation to open your heart and settle your energy
• Individual Reiki healing
• A ritual card to take home
• Sacred connection, warmth and soul nourishment in community

This is an evening to return to yourself, honour the turning of the wheel and welcome the light back into your life.

Karma Yoga Studio and .therapist had the great pleasure of hosting these amazing men last Friday. We hosted an incredible group of First Responders for Yoga, Breath Work and a Cold plunge to share the powerful healing abilities of these practices. We wanted to share how much healing and releasing can happen in the mind and body through these different modalities. November is Mens Mental Health Awareness Month and as many of you know, this is a cause that is near and dear to my heart. It was in the stars that evening… and the group happened to consist of all men. This created the perfect opportunity for brotherhood, vulnerability, a space for the men to be open and heal in a safe space. To say this was a powerful and emotionally moving evening would be an understatement. This week is also the week of Remembrance Day. These men are of service to their communities, and put their lives on the line every day. We truly THANK each and every one of you for all you do. Thank you for showing up for yourselves, so you can continue to show up for others in the way you do. 💙💙💙Cheers to the incredible men and women that serve their community and country. WINTER COAT/ITEMS DRIVE✨

Give the gift of Warmth this Winter ❄️

We will be collecting coats at Karma Yoga Studio starting November 1st -January 1st. These coats and other winter items will be donated to the Waterloo Regional Police Association to help those in need.

Dig through your closets and pull out coats, hats, gloves and boots you no longer need or want, even if slightly damaged! Also taking kids coats.

Any donations are greatly appreciated!

If you are a studio member, just bring your coats with you to class or any workshop you are attending. Otherwise just send me a message to arrange a time to meet!
