~ One year ago today I started following Pamela Reif's online fitness program.
Today, I pulled out a fall sweater and put it on and it's looser fitting on my butt and hips, so I know these fitness routines are tightening things up down there. Also, my tennis fitness has improved, and my injuries, that I was doing physio to mend, have all improved and my body, as a whole feels so much stronger.
I'm not letting age stop me from being at my best. I turned 60 this year and I feel amazing! ~
