I feel good-tired.
This morning - Wild hair. Blocks bopping in the background. Mini sunlight chat from the porch as we are having a full day reset at home today. On one hand it feels luxurious, on the other this is why we homeschool, so we can follow our own healthy rhythm and respond in real time to what our bodies are saying we need. I needed a change of scenery (living room update with zero spend), to see less clutter and more spaciousness. We found a favourite toy we thought we’d left at the park! And a few coins (gov coins not real assets but still fun to find).
By the end I was happy with our work, ready for some outdoor time (we cut the grass) followed by a warm bath before supper.
I’m going to make this kind of day be at least once monthly (luteal). Next stop, airy bedrooms and streamlined linen closets.
