The commonly known herb sage, is also medicinally valuable. Rich in anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compounds, it's been shown to improved blood sugar levels, improved brain function and moods, and reducing hot flashes in menopause.
To make a sage tea, simply add fresh or dried sage to boiling water, steep 5 min, then add lemon juice and a sweetener to taste.

Yay The City of Guelph!!!! Way to reuse!!! What about auctioning off the decorations for charity at the end of the season? Pieces that are salvageable from weather… thought to share an idea 🎄

Our Parks team is getting ready for the holiday season! Our gardeners recycle plant material from pruning the greenery in our parks to create winter arrangements to place throughout the City and Downtown Guelph.
