Counting calories can be fundamental for nutritionists but doing this isn't practical in our own life.
A good example to help understand this is, imagine if someone requires 1800 calories to lose weight without getting malnourished.
This person can eat 1800 calories of only pizza 🍕1800 calories of only apples 🍏.
So, which of the two options sounds better💁♀️? Well, they both aren't better because in both situations, there is an obvious lack of nutrients and food groups. This is why the quality of food is so important for our health, rather then the quantity.
So having said this, why do you restrict your diet in the first place🤔? Remember, quality over quantity.
