Please be assured we continue to have all the Public Health Ontario, Royal College of Dental Sugeons of Ontario and College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario strict policies and protocols in place.

Dr Ruparelia and staff have been so happy to see so many of you for regular recare and treatment appointments since our reopening. If your appointment was cancelled during the Covid-19 shutdown please call/text us and we will be happy to reschedule it for you. 😃

Please be assured the health and safety of our clients are the upmost concern at Woolwich Dental Group. We have implemented all the Public Health Ontario, RCDSO and CDHO protocols and procedures here are a few of those changes....
1/All clients are pre screened the day prior and the day of any appointment by asking a series of questions recommended by Public Health Ontario, and at the time of arrival temperatures are taken and recorded.
2/All staff are screened twice a day and temperatures are taken and recorded.
3/NO clients are allowed to wait in the waiting area, NO entrance is allowed into the office by anyone other than clients with booked appointments. Waiting is done in your car (or outside) and we will advise you when to come in as we can only allow one client in at a time (or family members with appointments at the same time).If you wish to make a payment etc please call the office to make arrangements and please call or email to book appointments.
4/No additional family members/care givers are allowed to accompany clients into the office or waiting area unless discussed and pre arranged with the office.
5/Staff are wearing N95 masks covered with a Level 3 masks,face shields, gowns and head coverings when aerosols are produced and all PPE is changed after each client.
6/After aerosol production treatment room is left empty (after staff and client have exited) for 15 minutes to allow settling and air exchange. 5 filter air purifiers are in each treatment room and doors have been added which allows our down time to be 15 minutes only.
