1.) Chiropractic -
The office provides advanced spinal correction utilizing "state of the art" **Chiropractic Techniques (Including - Torque release, Activator Methods, Diversified/ Manual, & Thompson) **
Never in the history of chiropractic have we been able to provide the level of help and expertise that now exists. These newer correction methods are even safer, more comfortable and more effective than ever before. We use a variety of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve your spine's alignment and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on your health goals and our years of training and expertise.

2.) Corrective Exercises -
We teach our patients special "blueprint" exercises to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay in balance and in health.

3.) Lifestyle Advice -
We often find it helpful to "coach" our patients on certain activities they should avoid or do differently to avoid aggravating their particular health challenge.

4.) Nutritional Counseling -
We provide specific recommendations on nutritional supplements and healthy food choices to enhance our patient´s return to optimal health.

5.) Massage Therapy -
Registered Massage Therapy is one of the main adjuncts to chiropractic care. It offers a natural conservative treatment approach that relieves musculoskeletal pain for many patients.

6.) Spinal & Postural Screenings -
Posture and spinal screenings can reveal important health information and unlock the door to improved health and well-being. We provide these screenings outside of the office too, contact us for details. We also offer nutritional & support products, like:
Orthodics, Nutritional Supplements, Chiro Flow Water Pillows, Shaklee Products

Congratulations to our Shelly Billingsley Douglas for a lifetime dedicated to helping everyone that has the privilege of meeting her, achieve a higher standard of living with chiropractic! The Ontario Chiropractic Association awarded the best chiropratic health assistant award to Shelly this past weekend and we couldn't be more proud of her achievement!! We are thrilled of the work she has accomplished and continues to excel in, while enjoying the job she has perfected for more than 30 years. Congratulations and well deserved!

Gordon Street Chiropractic Centre is running May Health Challenge 2022!

1) May Health challenge is where you decide on one thing you’re going to do for your health and do that one thing every day for the month of May!

It can be anything your health needs:
• Physical (eg. 50 push-ups/day, 100 air squats/day, etc)
• Mental/emotional (eg. 20mins of journaling/day or 20mins of meditation/day, etc)
• Nutritional (eg. 5 servs of fruits/veggies/day, etc)
• Something else entirely!

No challenge is too big or too small!

We know this has been a long and stressful pandemic for everyone. Therefore, we have decided to provide a laugh at our expense! On October 29th our office will be participating in a "Hot One's" challenge where we will be eating hot sauces of increasing intensity. This will include the dreaded Last Dab that is rated at over 2 million scoville!!! We will take photos of everyone's hilarious 'spice face' at each stage of heat and post these pictures.

Let's go have some fun everyone!

Lockdown lifestyle is not fun, so let's turn it on it's head. We offer a challenge to the GSCC community. If we count 50 posts by the end of the lockdown using that show what you are doing to help you get through this lockdown, your chiropractors will wear pink scrubs for 2 weeks. So, what are some examples of posts you ask? Take a walk outside to help maintain your health...perfect! Binge an entire series on Netflix in a day...awesome! You happened to finish that entire pizza...great! Let's all have some fun and get through this together.
