This patient presented seeking non-surgical management for moderate to advanced rosacea, including persistent redness, pustules, and skin thickening of the nose (rhinophyma). Previous treatment with oral antibiotics and topical therapies provided minimal improvement, and this was his first time exploring laser-based treatment options.

Nurse Jocelyn used our Pulsed Dye Laser (PDL) therapy - a gold standard treatment designed to target vascular redness, inflammation, and rosacea-related skin changes.

Treatment plan included:
✔️ A series of 4 PDL treatments spaced 4 weeks apart to target redness and inflammation
✔️ Medical-grade skincare to support healing and optimize results

Surgeries requiring general anesthetic are performed at the award-winning Guelph General Hospital, providing safe, high-quality, patient-centered health care.
