This unique ceremonial experience weaves together the heart-opening power of ceremonial Cacao elixir with Elemental Rhythm Breathwork, guided meditation, sound healing, and energy work. It is designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, clarity, and a deeper connection to self and community.

“Return to Fitness” Postpartum 4 Week Strength Series!

This beginner-friendly 4-week strength series is designed to support moms as they rebuild their core and gradually return to fitness after birth. Classes focus on foundational strength, functional movement, and safe progressions to help you feel strong, confident, and supported in your body again.

Babies are welcome! One of our co-instructors will be dedicated to child minding during class, so you can move with peace of mind while staying close to your little one.

No previous fitness experience required—this series is ideal for moms easing back into movement at their own pace in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
